To qualify for our essential Northwest Houston apartment homes, all applicants need to meet the standard rental qualifications, and combined gross annual income cannot exceed the income limits of the 80% median family income limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. How Can I Qualify?

To begin the application for Duo West, we ask that you present the following documents:

  • Paystubs for the most recent four-week period
  • Bank Statement for most recent month
  • Tax returns for the most two recent two tax years
  • Other potential income – SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
