Essential Housing in Northwest Houston

Duo West Champions is a mixed-income community providing top-notch residences and amenity spaces. Along with market-rate rents, a portion of our well-appointed living spaces are reserved at economical rental rates for households earning 80 percent of median household income. To qualify for our essential Northwest Houston apartment homes, all applicants need to meet the standard rental qualifications, and combined gross annual income cannot exceed the income limits of the 80% median family income limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. Are You a Qualified Applicant?

  • Total household income must meet 2.5 times the program rent.
  • Total household income must be less than $75,680.

How Can I Qualify?

To begin the application for Duo West, we ask that you present the following documents:

  • Paystubs for the most recent four-week period
  • Bank Statement for most recent month
  • Tax returns for the most two recent two tax years
  • Other potential income – SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
